What can you do in The Hub?
- Raise a ticket: If you have an improvement or repair request for your website, you can quickly raise a ticket from here.
- View tickets: Check out the progress of your existing tickets and view any important updates.
- Access Documents: The Hub now hosts all of your important documents, like your Customer Success reports. We’ll no longer be sending these out by email so remember to log in regularly to keep track of your support hours!
